超聲波清洗機(jī)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域介紹

一、在服務(wù)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用:日常生產(chǎn)中,眼鏡、首飾都可以用超聲波進(jìn)行清洗,速度快,無損傷,大型的賓館、飯店用它清洗餐具,不僅清洗效果好,還具有殺滅病毒的作用。

二、超聲波在微粉業(yè)的應(yīng)用:眾所周知,要取得不同大小的顆粒,是把破碎料放在球磨機(jī)內(nèi)研磨后,經(jīng)過不同規(guī)格篩子層層篩分而得的。篩子長時間使用后,篩孔會被堵塞(如金剛石篩),用其它方法刷洗會破壞篩子,且效果不理想,經(jīng)過眾多廠家的試驗(yàn)后,用超聲波清洗機(jī),不僅不損壞篩子,而且篩子上面的堵塞顆粒完全被回收。

三、超聲波在制藥工業(yè)的應(yīng)用:超聲波清洗技術(shù)經(jīng)過眾多制藥企業(yè)的應(yīng)用而得到廣泛使用,特別是對西林瓶、口服液瓶、安瓶、大輸液瓶的清洗以及對丁基膠塞、天然膠塞的清洗方面,已經(jīng)得到首肯。對于瓶類的清洗,是用超聲波清洗技術(shù)代替原有的毛刷機(jī),它經(jīng)過翻轉(zhuǎn)注水、超聲清洗、內(nèi)外沖洗、空氣吹干、翻轉(zhuǎn)等流程而實(shí)現(xiàn)的。

四、超聲對濾芯的清洗:我們知道,無論何種材質(zhì)的過濾器或無論何種用途的過濾器,使用一段時間后,都會由于雜質(zhì)而造成通透性降低而報廢,普通濾芯價格較低還可以,但對于化纖行業(yè),一只進(jìn)口濾芯,價格近萬元,棄之實(shí)在可惜,我們同其它科研單位合作研制的超聲波濾芯清洗機(jī),采用聚能型超聲波清洗機(jī),它可把1KW以上的能量集中在200×20mm2 的輻射面上,超聲強(qiáng)度大,能夠快速將堵塞物去除,同時設(shè)備采用反過濾裝置,只要您提供波芯,我們就可為您提供整套清洗裝置。(該設(shè)備洗一根濾芯的時間為10—15分鐘)。適用于PP綿濾芯、活性炭濾芯、中空纖維濾芯陶瓷膜濾芯。

五、超聲波對金屬的清洗:眾所周知,金屬棒材經(jīng)擠壓成絲后,金屬絲的外部往往有一層碳化膜和油,用酸清洗或其它清洗方法,很難讓污物去除(尤其整盤絲),超聲波洗絲機(jī)是根據(jù)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要而設(shè)計的一種連續(xù)走絲,高效清洗設(shè)備,粗洗部分由清洗液儲槽、換能器、循環(huán)泵、過濾器及配套管道系統(tǒng)組成,金屬絲經(jīng)超聲波粗洗精洗后,再經(jīng)過吹干,從而完成整個清洗過程。整套設(shè)備集成控制,簡潔、方便、效果好,廣泛用于鉭絲、鎢絲、鉬絲、鈮絲、銅絲(絕緣漆涂覆前)等其它金屬絲。
