　　噴淋清洗機是對工件通過清洗、漂洗、切水、烘干等工藝以達到工件表面無油污、鋁屑、水分的目的。本機需將清洗的工件放置在清洗機上料口專門設計的定位工裝上，通過高壓水噴淋清洗、漂洗達到工件表面清潔的效果，再通過壓縮空氣風切去除工件表面的大部分水分，然后進入熱風干燥工位，對工件進行烘干，處理工件表面殘留水分；經(jīng)冷風冷卻后，回到上下料工位，人工將工件取出，完成整個清洗過程。清洗完成后，保證工件表面無污物及水珠。
